Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in credit risk, underwriting, or portfolio management.
• Ability to analyze financial statements, liquidity, leverage and cash flow.
• Experience preparing credit approval write-ups and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate key risk factors across clients, products, and subsectors.
• Lead client due diligence meetings and synthesize findings into risk views.
• Engage with clients, bankers, and internal partners to understand business models and financials.
• Develop and recommend credit structures aligned to risk, including collateral and terms.
• Prepare credit approvals and present recommendations to the appropriate authority.
• Ensure adherence to credit risk policies and documentation standards.
• Negotiate collateral, covenants, and terms with deal teams.
• Monitor portfolio clients and maintain current, forward-looking risk ratings.
• Identify deteriorating credits early and drive proactive risk mitigation.
