Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Legal Studies or related field preferred.
• Relevant banking or credit experience may substitute for degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review commercial loan documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Validate collateral, insurance, appraisal, title and due diligence docs.
• Identify and resolve documentation exceptions.
• Ensure loan files are complete before/after closing.
• Maintain tickler systems for covenants and exceptions.
• Manage appraisal, environmental and third-party vendor lists.
• Conduct vendor reviews and ongoing monitoring.
• Order and review flood determinations for deals.
• Verify flood insurance requirements and coverage.
• Maintain risk rating records and QC documentation.
• Support administration of the attorney program.
• Assist with credit administration projects and reporting.
