CLA is seeking a Director to join our Credit Risk (Financial Services Industry) team. This role provides audit services to clients, oversees credit risk engagements, and mentors audit staff on technical issues and professional development.

The successful candidate will lead loan review engagements, coordinate with clients for timely fieldwork, develop client relationships with bank executives, and contribute to business development within credit management.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; combination of experience may be accepted in lieu of degree; accounting/finance related field preferred.
• 7 years of relevant financial institution experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead loan review engagements and oversee credit risk assessments.
• Coordinate with clients for timely completion of fieldwork.
• Mentor staff on audit and accounting technical issues.
• Prepare and review credit review reports and supporting documentation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with bank executives and directors.
• Support business development and strategic activities in credit management.
• Stay informed of banking industry and credit review developments.
