Job summary

• Experience in credit assessment and risk analysis.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with credit policies and collection processes.

Responsibilities

• Pursue past-due accounts using High Radius Collections System to improve collection metrics.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to identify and resolve disputes efficiently.
• Monitor the Order Worklist in High Radius Credit to secure payments on overdue balances and obtain approvals as needed.
• Provide backup support across the credit/collections area and maintain customer data in systems.
