Job summary

Arkema Inc. is seeking a Senior Credit Analyst to manage credit risk and collections for domestic and export customers across multiple business units. You will resolve billing issues, monitor credit holds, and ensure compliance with credit policies while collaborating with internal teams.

The role requires proficiency in SAP and High Radius, strong interpersonal skills, and extensive experience in credit management. Hybrid schedule with expectations for office presence 3 days a week.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Finance or Accounting required.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in SAP, High Radius and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Aggressively pursue past-due accounts using High Radius Collections System to improve collection metrics and resolve aged billing issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to identify and resolve disputes efficiently.
• Monitor the Order Worklist in High Radius Credit to secure payments on overdue balances and obtain necessary approvals.
