• Strong communication and collaboration with Sales.

Responsibilities

• Conduct collection calls and take actions to resolve overdue balances.
• Review customer accounts to assess risk and ensure accurate account standing.
• Process and evaluate credit applications in line with established policies.
• Coordinate with Sales, customers, and credit leadership on account status, order holds, deductions, and lien or bond claims.
• Partner cross-functionally to support timely dispute resolution and adherence to credit terms.
