The target pay range for this position is $125,700.00-$153,600.00 annually. The full pay range is $97,400.00 - $181,800.00 annually. Compensation decisions are based on relevant skills, experience, and education. If offered employment, individual qualifications will be considered. Additional performance-based incentives are available, with targets varying by role.

Your expertise in collections strategy will shape BECU's risk management and recovery practices. You'll develop policies to govern collections, optimize recovery, ensure compliance, and improve operational efficiency. Your leadership will monitor performance, refine strategies, and ensure sustainable portfolio management. Additionally, you'll analyze credit risk, strengthen governance standards, and guide stakeholders to enhance financial health and member experience.
