Ocean Casino Resort is seeking a Credit Representative to uphold integrity in the credit operation and enhance guest experiences. You will work with PD, Table Games, Slots, and the Casino Cage to promote strong business relationships.

The role emphasizes processing credit applications, maintaining compliance, and delivering professional service to internal and external guests in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

3+ years of credit experience in a high-volume casino.
Knowledge of New Jersey Casino Control Act.
Maintain Casino License by the Division of Gaming Enforcement.

Responsibilities

Process credit applications following all regulations.
Ensure compliance with company and departmental policies.
Support departmental goals and communicate professionally with departments and guests.
Resolve guest concerns to drive loyalty and future visits.
Prepare credit files, run reports, and input data into Ocean Casino Resort software.
Follow direction of Credit Executive on duty and chain of command.

About the Role

The Credit Representative is responsible for promoting and maintaining the utmost integrity of the credit operation and Ocean Casino Resort. We want to provide memorable experiences for all guests both internal and external. Encourage business relationships with all departments including PD, Table Games, Slots, and the Casino Cage.

Position Responsibilities

Responsible for processing credit applications while following all federal, state, and local regulations.
Comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures.
Support departmental business goals and strategies
Communicate with all departments and guests in a professional manner
Resolve guest related concerns positively to drive future trips and guest loyalty
Prepare credit files, run necessary reports, and input information into Ocean Casino Resort software.
Follow the direction of the Credit Executive on duty and understand the chain of command

Essential Functions

The ability to speak, read and write in English
Exposure to casino related environmental factors, including but not limited to, secondhand smoke, excessive noise and stress related to servicing customers in a fast-paced environment.
Customer service, professionalism, and communication skills
Microsoft Office proficient, phone etiquette, and computer knowledge
