Job summary

Apollo Global Management in New York seeks a senior Recruiter for the credit business to partner with the Head of Talent Acquisition and the credit leadership team to execute strategic hiring objectives. You will shape recruitment strategy, manage outside agencies, and drive data-driven talent decisions across the organization.

You will work with senior leaders to ensure the firm hires top talent to support rapid growth in a global context, balancing execution with strategic advisory

Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruiting experience supporting a complex, global organization in investments.
• Proven track record executing a results-driven recruiting strategy in a fast-moving company.
• Experience managing recruiting agencies and direct sourcing of talent.
• Advisory leadership to hiring managers and influencing senior-level recruitment decisions.
• Strong relationships and credibility across all levels of an organization.
• Ability to use data to communicate with executives and identify process improvements.
• Working knowledge of Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner to create talent acquisition strategy across all levels and credit verticals.
• Deliver an exceptional recruitment experience to candidates and the business.
• Forecast hiring requirements with regional and global partners and adapt strategy.
• Drive innovative talent strategies to attract top talent for the firm.
• Understand recruiting KPIs, volume, reporting, and analytics to guide decisions.
