Job summary

Socure is seeking a Head of Credit Products to define and lead a new line of business focused on credit score and related products. This leader will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the products built on Socure's BNPL and CRA consortia, shaping a differentiated credit intelligence business.

The role requires strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration across Product, Data Science, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, GTM, and Operations, and deep regulatory awareness including FCRA

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management with leadership in B2B data or fintech.
• Experience launching 0→1 or early-stage products in regulated markets.
• Strong understanding of credit risk, underwriting, and CRA/credit reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for credit products.
• Lead product development on BNPL/CRA-based offerings, focusing on risk and underwriting.
• Collaborate with Legal/Compliance to meet FCRA, GLBA, CFPB requirements.
• Build and mentor a high-performing product team of managers.
• Partner with GTM, Sales, and Customer Success to drive business success.
