You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver safe, forward-thinking credit solutions that meet regional needs and achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Degree from a top university or equivalent.
• Experience building products/features in retail credit or lending.
• Strong focus on customer experience and challenging the status quo.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and customer behavior, data, and research.
• Familiarity with risk management principles and data-driven decisions.
