Job summary

Regions Bank in Hoover, AL seeks a Credit Products Process Performance Analyst to drive end-to-end process improvements across the Credit Products Group. You will develop tracking, monitor performance, and report SLAs while supporting senior analysts with best practices and core banking systems.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in process improvement or project management, with strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with Power BI and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required.
• 3+ years of process improvement and/or project management experience or related business unit experience.
• Proven success in process-improvement projects.
• Knowledge of Credit Products processes and commercial banking industry.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements end-to-end tracking, monitoring, and reporting in Credit Products.
• Supports senior analysts with identifying, recommending, and implementing best practices utilizing core commercial systems within the bank.
• Serves as an individual contributor, completing assigned tasks and supporting analysts on projects and workstreams.
• Identifies and addresses inefficiencies in the credit process and works with stakeholders to improve compliance and performance.
• May review Credit Products' procedures to ensure conformity across lines of business and identifies potential improvements.
