Job summary

Banc of California is seeking a Credit Operations & Reporting Specialist to ensure the operational effectiveness and reporting accuracy of Credit Operations. You will work with business process owners and the Enterprise Data team to identify opportunities for process enhancements and reporting improvements.

Through data analysis, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, this role supports credit risk management and drives operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years in accounting, banking, commercial lending or data management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, mathematics, data management or business administration.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and report on key credit metrics and KDEs.
• Detect and resolve data discrepancies to ensure accuracy across systems.
• Produce daily, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports to support Credit Operations.
• Partner with Enterprise Data to research, reconcile, and correct data integrity issues.
• Collaborate with business process owners to evaluate workflows and reporting structures for improvements.
