4+ years in credit operations, loan operations, investment operations, or related financial services.
Experience with loan administration, credit facilities, treasury operations, and cash management.
Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with investment operations or financial reporting systems.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, organization, communication, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Support loan administration, processing, settlements, and related credit investments.
Monitor credit facilities, borrowing activity and repayments.
Manage daily cash activity, funding requests, wires, and liquidity processes.
Perform cash, position, and transaction reconciliations while resolving discrepancies.
Coordinate with agent banks, custodians, lenders, and internal teams to facilitate operations.
Prepare operational reports and support process improvements.
