Qualifications

• 3–5 years of private credit/finance experience at a nationally recognized law firm or other relevant legal experience.
• Demonstrated lending experience (borrower-side exposure is a plus).
• Experience with various financing transactions: cash flow deals, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and recapitalizations.
• Asset-based financings, restructurings and workouts are a plus.
