Job summary

Breville is seeking a Credit & Collections Supervisor to support risk management for North America (USA, Canada, Mexico) and lead a team of analysts in day-to-day credit, collections, and claims processing. You will work with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to maintain credit limits and deliver accurate financial insights.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in credit and collections, including 2+ years in leadership, with strong Excel skills and experience with D365.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of Credit & Collections experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Experience managing customer claims across promotional allowances, contractual deductions, returns, and pricing disputes.
Ability to analyze financial data, identify risks, and propose corrective actions.

Responsibilities

Support the Credit & Collections Manager in credit review, risk reduction, and collections across the North American region.
Lead and develop Credit & Collections Analysts, guiding daily account management and collections activities.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to manage orders within credit limits and improve processes.
Drive AI-driven process improvements to increase workflow efficiency and adoption of new tools.
Prepare financial reports and respond to audits with accuracy and timeliness.
