Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required.
• Must pass drug screens, background checks, and any pre-employment tests as per applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume accounts receivable and collections duties.
• Liaise with outside financing sources.
• Review accounts and approve credits for shipping.
• Handle customer requests by phone, fax and email; reprint invoices, credits and statements.
• Perform account reconciliations.
• Print/mailing of invoices and Certificates of Origin.
• Post daily cash deposits as needed.
• Research and resolve customer account discrepancies.
