Job summary

Sonepar Mountain in Colorado seeks a Credit and Collections Representative to support customer accounts, liens, and credit processes. Based in Broomfield or Denver, CO, you will help manage lien waivers and related documentation while supporting the Colorado market.

You will collaborate with Sales, Branch teams, and the Credit group, process payments, monitor past-due accounts, and assist with AR reporting using Eclipse, BillTrust, GETPAID, and Office tools.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience or education preferred.
• Background in customer service, construction administration, accounting, finance, credit, collections, or related administrative support preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Notary Public certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and related business systems.
• Exposure to lien waivers, construction documentation, customer accounts, or credit operations preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lien Waiver & Construction Support: Review, prepare, and execute customer lien waivers; ensure compliance with lien laws across states (AZ, CO, NV, UT).
• Customer & Sales Support: Serve as a responsive contact for accounts, lien documentation, payments, and credit support; collaborate with Sales and Branch teams.
• Credit & Collections Support: Monitor past due accounts, process payments, resolve discrepancies, escalate risks.
• Account Setup & Credit Support: Manage customer account setup and maintenance; review credit applications and maintain files.
• Reporting & Systems: Support A/R reporting and aging reviews; use Eclipse, BillTrust, GETPAID, and related tools.
