Parts Town is seeking a Credit Collections Specialist in Fort Wayne, IN. The role partners with Collections and Customer Service to assess creditworthiness and determine order risk to optimize cash flow while maintaining strong customer relations.

We value 2+ years in high-volume collections or credit, strong Microsoft Office skills, and SAP ERP experience, with excellent written and verbal English. A detail-oriented, proactive teammate with reliable home internet is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume collections and/or credit experience.
• Amazing Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone and email to evaluate orders and account status.
• Collaborate with Collections and Customer Service to bring in cash and future revenues.
• Process credit applications and review daily queue and order fulfilment potential.
• Direct expired or returned statements and invoices to proper contacts and update customer information.
• Analyze information quickly to make informed credit decisions and resolve issues.
