Qualifications

• Less than 2 years related experience.
• Associate degree in Accounting.
• High school diploma or GED plus relevant experience acceptable.
• Proficiency with standard office software and AR processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure accounts are current and payments are forthcoming.
• Monitor credit status and coordinate with Regional Credit Specialist on resolution.
• Prepare and review AR aging and portfolio reports with Branch Management and customers.
• Process electronic payments and perform accounting adjustments as needed.
