Job summary

Koozie Group, a leading promotional products supplier, is seeking a Credit & Collections Associate to support the A/R function. The role handles delinquencies, credit holds, and customer inquiries while providing best-in-class service.

The position starts with phone-based collection activity and will later own a portfolio of accounts within the credit team. You will collaborate with Customer Service and others to improve AR metrics.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with accounts receivable processes and collections is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and contact customers for delinquent payment.
• Review credit holds and decide action per guidelines.
• Respond to customer emails and resolve disputes with teammates.
• Follow up on orders on hold and manage declined cards.
• Work to reduce payment delays and ensure accurate invoicing.
