Job summary

JCB Inc. in Pooler, GA is seeking a Credit & Collections Specialist to oversee all accounts receivable activities and safeguard cash flow.

You will coordinate with customers and outside financing sources, review and approve credit for shipments, and maintain accurate reconciliations. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in business or related field and the ability to pass background checks and pre-employment tests; experience in high-volume AR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform high volume Accounts Receivable and Collection duties.
• Liaison with outside financing sources.
• Review accounts and credit approve parts and machines for shipping.
• Customer service via phone, fax and email; reprinting invoices, credits & statements.
• Perform account reconciliations.
• Printing/mailing invoices and Certificates of Origin.
• Cash postings and daily deposits as needed.
• Filing invoices/credits (scanning).
• Sundry billings – invoices and credits.
• Research and resolve customer account discrepancies.
