Job summary

Peterson Holding Company is seeking a Credit Services Representative to monitor and collect receivables, analyze customer records, and maintain accurate account documentation. This role partners with Cat Financial to promote Peterson’s credit solutions and protect corporate credit policies.

The position requires an Associate degree in Business and at least three years in credit collections, preferably in heavy industry.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Business or closely related field is required.
• Minimum of three years of directly related experience in credit collections, preferably in a heavy industrial environment.
• Knowledge of credit policies and risk assessment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service in all aspects of the job.
• Initiate credit collection efforts on delinquent accounts.
• Develop relationships with customers to aid collection efforts.
• Develop and recommend payment solutions for delinquent customers.
• Coordinate with operational staff to aid in collection efforts.
• Monitor accounts and adjust credit lines as needed.
• Prepare and facilitate regular credit meetings with operations teams.
• Run, update and distribute monthly credit reports.
