Fabick Cat in Missouri seeks a Collections/Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage a defined portfolio, monitor past due balances and collect payments. You will work with Sales and other departments to resolve disputes and keep management informed.

The ideal candidate has prior collections or credit experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and timely cash posting in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Prior collections, credit and/or customer service experience required.
• Associate degree in business, accounting, or finance preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Manage collections for a defined portfolio of accounts.
• Assess credit risk for new applications using reports and tools.
• Review tax exemption certificates and lien waivers as needed.
• Provide customer service on collection issues and process refunds.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve disputes and reconcile accounts.
