Russell Tobin in Alpharetta, GA seeks a Collections Coordinator to support A/R management and collection activities. You will maintain A/R aging, follow up on delinquent balances, and assist with relationships involving clients, brokers, and agencies.
Requirements include a high school diploma (1+ year) or associate degree (2+ years) with experience in collections, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and confidentiality with HIPAA guidelines. Healthcare or insurance exposure is a plus.
