Six Degrees is partnering with an established Chicago suburb organization to fill a Credit & Collections Analyst role. You will manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, resolve payment issues, and support credit decisions with internal teams to keep receivables on track.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in B2B credit/ar, a four-year degree, and strong communication skills. Onsite in Addison, IL with competitive compensation and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial credit, B2B collections, or accounts receivable experience.
• Experience managing customer accounts and resolving payment issues.
• Four-year degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with Excel and AR reporting.

Six Degrees is working with an established, growing organization in Chicago's western suburbs seeking an experienced Credit & Collections Analyst to join its accounting and finance team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing commercial customer accounts, resolving payment issues, and working closely with internal teams to keep receivables on track.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, including collections and past-due receivables.

• Review customer credit limits and assist with credit decisions.

• Research and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and account disputes.

• Work closely with sales and customer service teams to resolve outstanding balances.

• Monitor aging reports, payment trends, and collection activity.

• Maintain accurate customer account records and credit documentation.

• Help improve collections processes and overall cash flow.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of commercial credit, B2B collections, or accounts receivable experience.
