Responsibilities

• Balance daily cash and ensure proper recording to customer accounts.
• Reconcile cash received against cash applied and supervise two specialists.
• Analyze, research, and resolve discrepancies in cash application.
• Coordinate with customers and KYOCERA AVX departments on discrepancies.
• Compile global risk exposure data and allocate risk costs with internal teams.
• Prepare claims reports, data mining, and root cause analysis.
• Review and release incoming orders/shipments; reconcile and collect.
• Prepare monthly reports as needed.
