This role will involve strategic governance, planning, and execution of large-scale programs while collaborating closely with key stakeholders in both Business and IT. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, particularly in credit cards, with a proven track record in large-scale technology implementations. Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, transformation, or program management within banking or financial services.
• Strong background in Credit Cards and large-scale technology implementations.
• Proven ability to work with both Business and IT stakeholders and lead large teams in a distributed delivery model.
• Experience with retail cards and mobile technologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with U.S.-based Core Cards platforms is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support governance frameworks for credit card technology transformation programs.
• Drive planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects and programs.
• Prepare executive dashboards, reports, presentations, and performance metrics for senior leadership.
• Facilitate project review meetings and steering committees.
• Act as a liaison between technology teams, business units, and senior executives.
