Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in B2B credit and collections environment.
• BA / BS in Business or Finance preferred.
• Bi-Lingual English/Spanish, written and oral, preferred.
• SAP S/4HANA experience preferred and familiarity with BI tools.
• Experience with retail, wholesale, ecommerce, and international customers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research, establish and/or review existing credit limits on assigned customers.
• Analyze financial statements, credit applications, bureau reports, and references.
• Complete periodic financial reviews using internal and external information.
• Provide customer service on collections, process refunds/adjustments, resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare updated credit reviews with credit lines and risk ratings.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, Customer Service and IT on system improvements.
• Support ongoing travel for customer visits and credit discussions as needed.
