Qualifications

• 1+ years in fraud investigations, credit reporting disputes, or related roles.
• Experience with credit bureau reporting and dispute processes preferred.
• Ability to evaluate information from multiple sources and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve disputes involving application fraud claims and bankruptcy filings.
• Analyze transactions, account activity, and supporting docs to assess legitimacy of fraud claims.
• Submit AUDs to credit bureaus via e-Oscar when needed to correct information.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to gather information for investigations.
• Investigate bankruptcy cases via court records and ensure proper handling.
• Document findings and final outcomes in system of record.
• Coordinate with Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax to resolve disputes.
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, and risk teams for escalated cases.
• Serve as SME for escalated credit reporting disputes.
