Job summary

Protingent Staffing is seeking a Process Excellence Manager for Credit and AR Reporting in Lehi, UT. Lead transformation across credit and AR processes, implement automation, and optimize working capital with ERP integrations and dashboards.

This contract role partners with AR&C leadership, supports SOX controls, and delivers measurable process improvements while guiding a cross-functional team. Office presence is required for a portion of the week in Lehi.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AR, Credit, & Cash Application experience; prior operational leadership experience preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement experience required, a minimum of Green Belt certification is preferred.
• ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, or equivalent) and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate issues to action.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Process Excellence: Build & transform scalable, efficient OM processes designed for the future and that improve customer and stakeholder experiences
• Indirectly influence, coach and energize AR&C team members and other key stakeholders through transformative change and process improvement methodologies
• Improve overall process maturity & operations across the AR&C team by defining and baselining process health metrics (cost / quality / time), monitoring over time
• Business Process Management: Collaborate with AR&C business owners to document end to end policy, process and system flows; maintain service catalog and process docs; ensure SOX compliance and updated documentation
• Process Optimization & Automation: Utilize process improvement methodologies to implement improvements such as automation and AI tools for Credit & AR Reports; create and roll out sales credit hold strategy; facilitate dashboards and real-time monitoring
• Project Initiatives: Act as a project manager across AR&C initiatives; coordinate UAT; provide executive-level reporting on status and progress
