Job description

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with an established, service based organization in Seacoast NH who is looking for a detail-oriented Credit and Collections Specialist to join a growing team. This is a permanent position that will report to the AR Manager and will be 5 days a week in office.

Responsibilities for the Credit and Collections Specialist position:

• Manage a portfolio of accounts and collect on those past due accounts
• Researching and resolving customer disputes
• Maintaining customer accounts
• Establishing credit limits
• Applying payments

Qualifications for Credit and Collections Specialist position:

• MinimumAssociate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• 2+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, credit, ot collections
• Experience working with accounting software
• Ability to work in office

Salary: Up to $55k DOE
