The Credit and Collections Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's credit, accounts receivable (A/R), and collection functions to optimize cash flow while supporting profitable sales growth. This role partners closely with the Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance teams to evaluate customer creditworthiness, manage credit risk, reduce bad debt exposure, and maintain strong customer relationships. This role leads efforts to collect past due balances from delinquent customers; develops and administers policies and standards governing collection calls/letters, while ensuring compliance with the legal collection process.
