Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Credit Support Services Data Analyst II to design, build, and maintain reporting solutions that illuminate credit operations, loan performance, and portfolio health.

You will translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership, leveraging Tableau, Power BI, and advanced Excel to create meaningful visuals. Collaborating with the Credit Support Services team and executive management, you will drive communication and reporting to deliver

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or four years of experience in data analysis or data mining may be substituted for a degree.
3–5 years of data analysis or data mining experience required.
Strong development skills in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Office 365, Tableau.
Excel certification is preferred.
Working knowledge of banking and credit operations reporting.
Strong business acumen and ability to interpret credit/loan data.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist with design and preparation of Credit Administration Board Reports and other credit management reports using Bank reporting tools.
Analyze and deliver portfolio analytics, dashboards, and governance reporting for management.
Extract, transform, and analyze loan and portfolio data.
Build and manage Excel, Tableau, and Power BI visualizations for KPIs like credit risk metrics and portfolio trends.
Collaborate with credit teams to identify data needs and recommend process improvements.
Translate data into actionable items for senior leadership and ensure reporting compliance.
