b1BANK is seeking a Credit Support Services Data Analyst II in Baton Rouge, LA to design, build, and maintain reporting solutions focused on credit operations, loan performance, and portfolio health. You will develop and manage Tableau, Power BI, and Excel visualizations to provide insights for senior leadership and credit partners.

The role emphasizes data governance, cross-team collaboration, and delivering value-added analytics and governance reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a related field or four years of data analysis experience in lieu of a degree.
3–5 years of data analysis or data mining experience required.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite, including Word/PowerPoint and BI tools.
Must have working knowledge of banking and credit operations reporting, with excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain reporting solutions for credit operations and portfolio health.
Create and manage Excel, Tableau, and Power BI dashboards and governance reporting.
Extract, transform, and analyze loan and portfolio data to drive actionable insights.
Translate complex data into actionable items for senior leadership and stakeholders.
Coordinate with credit teams to identify data needs and improve processes.
