Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 52 credits completed by end of sophomore year (minimum).
• Full-time availability (40+ hours/week) May–Dec 2027.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Interest in AI tools, data analytics, and automation.
• Self-starter willing to learn credit, collections, finance, and data analytics.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and present findings.
• Experience with AI productivity tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering credit and collection policies.
• Learn how creditworthiness is assessed and how lines are established.
• Support daily tasks in collection software and document interactions.
• Utilize Power BI and Excel to monitor dashboards and performance.
• Contribute to projects improving efficiency and data visualization.
• Prepare reports for management by consolidating data.
