Job summary

Brunswick's Mercury Marine in Fond du Lac, WI is seeking a Global Supply Chain Analytics & Insights Intern to gain hands-on experience developing analytics, automation, machine learning, and AI-enabled solutions across the Global Supply Chain.

You will partner with the Analytics & Insights team to translate business needs into practical analytics, dashboards, data models, and tools, using Excel, Power BI, Python, and SQL.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in a related field such as Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and interest in learning Power BI, SQL, Python, or other analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for data-driven improvement, automation, and advanced analytics.
• Translate business questions into clearly defined use cases, hypotheses, data requirements, and analytical approaches.
• Develop dashboards, reports, data models, and analytics tools to improve supply chain visibility and decision making.
• Contribute to data cleansing, validation, visualization, and analysis using Excel, Power BI, Python, SQL, or similar tools.
• Evaluate analytics outputs against business outcomes to ensure practicality and alignment with operational needs.
