Job summary

S&P Global Ratings is seeking a CREDit Graduate Program Analyst in the Corporates practice. You will support rating processes from early meetings to final committees, applying S&P methodology and drafting articles, with exposure to multiple industries.

The two-year program includes classroom training, secondments, and pursuit of a relevant qualification (e.g., CFA). Participation requires a degree by August 2027 and strong Excel skills, with a path toward diverse practice rotations.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree by August 2027.
• Majors welcome include Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Math, Public Policy, Quantitative Analysis, Data and Statistics.
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
• Keen interest in learning and applying new knowledge in credit analysis.
• Ability to conduct independent analysis and research; shows initiative.

Responsibilities

• Conduct credit and recovery analysis for services to corporate, institutional, and governmental clients.
• Evaluate creditworthiness for traditional and structured products.
• Provide quarterly financial statistical and data analysis.
• Assist in reporting, research, and presentation development.
• Collaborate on execution improvements and ad-hoc writing projects.
