Job summary

S&P Global Ratings invites undergraduate students in their penultimate year to join our summer internship program. You will work with junior and senior analysts, participate in the ratings process, and present a final recommendation to a Ratings Committee comprised of senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate students in the penultimate year, all majors welcome.
• Must reside in the internship location for the duration.
• Strong written and verbal English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand ratings criteria and methodology.
• Assist with preparing documents for rating committee and issuer meetings.
• Work with project teams to complete and present mock ratings committee.
• Provide timely quarterly financial statistics and data analysis.
• Assist in reporting, research, presentations and modelling.
• Utilize AI tools to analyze large datasets and derive insights.
• Support improvements in execution and ad-hoc writing projects.
• Work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
• Attend in-person interviews at a local S&P Global Ratings office.
