Job summary

S&P Global Ratings is seeking CREDit Graduate Program Analysts for a two-year development track in the Corporates practice. You'll rotate across industries, support ratings with rigorous research, and gain hands-on experience in credit analytics, reporting, and presentation delivery.

The program includes classroom training and potential qualifications such as the CFA, with in-office requirements and two days per week in the office.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree completed by August 2027 with strong academic record.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; data handling and presentation skills.
• Keen interest in learning and applying credit analysis methods.
• Ability to conduct independent research and show initiative.
• Strong relationship-building and communication with teammates.
• Storytelling skills to translate data insights into narratives for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct credit and recovery analysis for corporate and institutional clients, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Evaluate the creditworthiness of organizations and their ability to meet financial obligations.
• Provide timely quarterly financial statistics and data analysis to support research.
• Assist in reporting, research, and presentation development to inform analyses.
• Collaborate with the team on execution improvements and ad-hoc writing projects.
