S&P Global Ratings is seeking a CREDit Graduate Program Analyst – Corporates in Boulder, CO. The two-year program blends classroom training with practical assignments across practices, including potential CFA qualification.

First-year focus is on home practice, second year on broader rotations and short-term projects. You will support the ratings process, draft research, and analyze credit data, gaining exposure to diverse industries while developing analytical and communication skills.

Formación

• Completion of an undergraduate degree by August 2027 with a strong academic record.
• All majors welcome including Accounting, Business Admin, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Math, Quantitative Analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office products (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn and apply new knowledge in credit analysis.
• Ability to conduct independent analysis and research with initiative.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration with team members.
• Strong storytelling to translate data insights into compelling narratives for stakeholders.
• Problem-solving, time-management, and organizational abilities.
• Proactive mindset and adaptability in a dynamic, AI-influenced environment.
• Ability to utilize AI technologies to analyze large datasets and derive insights.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct credit and recovery analysis for services to corporate, institutional, and governmental clients.
• Evaluate creditworthiness of organizations for traditional credit products and structured banking transactions.
• Provide timely quarterly financial statistical and data analysis.
• Assist in reporting, research, and presentation development.
• Collaborate with the team on execution improvements and ad-hoc writing projects.
