Responsibilities

• Analyze stipulations for validity and ensure deals make sense for the books.
• Interact with customers, dealers, and other creditors to fully investigate deals.
• Supervise DSR and track deal performance and asset returns.
• Provide excellent customer service to dealers and sales reps.
• Manage high-volume calls, emails, and faxes, and generate reports.
