Job summary

Bank Of The Plains in Salina, KS is seeking a Credit Analyst to evaluate and analyze credit information, loans, and financial documents to determine ratios, trends, risks, and mitigation strategies. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday.

You will prepare financial and risk analyses for loan requests, assign risk ratings, assist with pricing and collateral monitoring, and support loan review processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; up to 3 years credit analysis or banking experience.
• Ability to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously.
• Strong work ethic and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze credit information, loans and financial documents to determine ratios, trends, risks and mitigation.
• Prepare financial and risk analyses for loan requests.
• Assign risk ratings for borrowing relationships and support loan approvals.
• Complete spreads and prepare credit memos for loan approvals.
• Assist with loan pricing, structuring and collateral monitoring.
• Support internal loan review processes and quarterly analysis of credit portfolios.
