Qualifikationen

• Relevant experience: at least two years in leveraged finance, credit research, restructuring or related fields including investment banking, restructuring advisory, direct lending, buyside credit funds, sell-side research, trading desks or rating agencies.

• Own your coverage: monitor a portfolio of leveraged loan and high-yield issuers and deliver timely analysis.
• Develop independent credit views across sectors, identifying risks and catalysts.
• Build three-statement forecasts, liquidity projections, valuations and recovery waterfalls.
• Analyze debt documentation and transactions to assess borrower flexibility and protections.
• Deliver actionable research: write concise, thesis-driven analyses connected to capital structure dynamics.
• Engage with the market: present research to institutional clients and respond to inquiries.
• Innovate with AI: apply AI tools to improve efficiency and depth of analysis.
