Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a college degree in a business-related field.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Learn the Credit Analyst position and it's function within the loan department.
• Job shadow other areas of the bank to learn about banking and how each department affects one another.
• Introduction to banking regulations and compliance with regulations
• Attend the Iowa Bankers Association Intern Program
