California Bank & Trust, a division of Zions Bancorporation, seeks Associate Credit Analysts for its Banker Development Program in San Diego, starting June 2027. The program trains in credit analysis, banking basics, and business development, preparing analysts for permanent internal placement within the bank.

Training spans San Diego and select out-of-area sessions at affiliate offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related subject.
• GPA of 3.0 minimum; include GPA in resume or cover letter.
• 6 hours of college Accounting coursework (Managerial and Financial).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
