Job summary

California Bank & Trust in Irvine is launching the Banker Development Program for Associate Credit Analysts, starting in June 2027. The program blends credit analysis training with diverse rotations across banking lines to develop well-rounded officers.

Phase I focuses on initial training in San Diego and multi-location sessions, while Phase II covers rotations in lending and related services, preparing candidates for permanent internal placement within CB&T.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related subject
• Minimum GPA 3.0 (include GPA in resume or cover letter)
• Completed 6 hours of college-level coursework in Accounting, including Managerial and Financial Accounting

Responsibilities

• Rotations across Commercial Lending, Corporate Lending, CRE and other lending lines.
• On-the-job credit analyst training and underwriting exposure.
• Participation in two-phase Banker Development Program with structured education and rotations
