Kawasaki Motors Retail Finance in Foothill Ranch, CA is seeking a Credit Analyst to analyze and render decisions on powersports loan applications. You will assess creditworthiness using reports and tools, and collaborate with dealers to negotiate terms while maintaining credit quality.

The role requires 5+ years in credit analysis in powersports or motor vehicle lending, strong MS Office skills, and on-site work. You will educate dealer partners on processes and support funding operations daily.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of credit analysis experience in powersports or motor vehicle lending.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Ability to assess credit risk and make lending decisions.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• On-site work at Foothill Ranch, CA.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and render decisions on incoming credit applications for powersports loans.
• Assess borrower creditworthiness using credit reports, structure, and other tools.
• Collaborate with dealers to negotiate deal terms while maintaining credit quality.
• Communicate credit decisions clearly to dealer partners and sales teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers to support business growth.
• Conduct timely follow-ups on approved applications.
• Review and resolve funding exceptions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide ongoing training to dealer partners on credit processes and funding requirements.
• Handle escalated dealer or credit partner issues that require higher discretion.
• Assist management in training new hires.
• Utilize LOS and Microsoft Office to process loan applications.
