Bonvenu Bank in Louisiana is seeking a detail-oriented Credit Analyst II to support our lending division by evaluating financial information, assessing credit risk, and preparing comprehensive credit presentations.

You will analyze business and individual financial statements, tax returns, cash flow reports, and other credit-related data, collaborating with lenders and management to ensure sound credit decisions while upholding responsible lending and exceptional service.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
• Previous credit analysis experience or formal credit training.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Abrigo Loan Origination System preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze financial statements, tax returns, and credit data to evaluate borrowing capacity and credit risk.
• Prepare financial spreads, cash flow analyses, and credit analysis memorandums.
• Calculate and interpret financial ratios, trends, and performance indicators.
• Assist in preparing loan presentations and recommendations for loan committee review.
• Compare customer financial performance to industry and market benchmarks.
• Communicate with customers to obtain and verify financial information as needed.
• Support lenders and Credit Administration with ongoing portfolio analysis and credit-related projects.
• Confidently present and discuss credit findings in loan committee meetings.

Position is located in Louisiana, and candidate should be able to work on site a minimum of two (2) days per week. Candidates who are not located within one hour of Metairie, Mandeville, Gretna, Baton Rouge, Hammond, or Shreveport, LA will be automatically disqualified.

Bonvenu Bank is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Credit Analyst II to support our lending division by evaluating financial information, assessing credit risk, and preparing comprehensive credit presentations. This position plays a key role in the commercial lending process through the analysis of business and individual financial statements, tax returns, cash flow reports, and other credit-related data.

The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting and financial analysis skills, experience with Abrigo, advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, and the ability to independently prepare credit packages and analysis memorandums. This role requires collaboration with lenders, customers, and management to ensure sound credit decisions while supporting the Bank's commitment to responsible lending and exceptional customer service.
