Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth industry and financial analysis of existing and potential borrowers.
• Perform basic financial analysis of less complex loans, industries, and Customers.
• Research industry-specific information from outside sources.
• Participate in Customer meetings and make direct inquiries for specific Customer information.
• Support the loan origination process through underwriting analysis of Borrower character, creditworthiness, and financial condition.
• Provide analytical support to the lending function.
• Prepare approval memorandums for presentation to lending and credit authorities.
• Analyze financial statements, management profiles, business and product cycles, cash flow ability, collateral, and agings to assess credit risk.
• Maintain credit files and monitor updated financial statements.
• Prepare updated analysis memoranda.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Identify deviations from Company Commercial Loan Policy and become familiar with alternative structures to reduce credit risk.
• Achieve operational performance standards in quality and timeliness.
